This house in Harrogate had previously been a Hotel. The newley formed circular extension link was once an external fire escape, which was dismantled and the existing stonework was seamlessly repaired.

The link consists of a bespoke curved aluminium/glass framework capped in a elastomeric single ply roofing membrane; with an oversailing cedar clad element. We also converted the existing cellar by excavating the floor to gain suitable head height and introduced a free flowing tanking system.
