Case Study: Passivhaus-Inspired Contemporary New Build – Watermead
Overview
This project replaced a dated 1970s bungalow with poor environmental performance, transforming the site into a highly energy-efficient, contemporary residence inspired by Passivhaus principles. The design prioritises strategic orientation, passive solar gain, and superior insulation, setting a new benchmark for sustainable, modern living.
