Overview
This Victorian villa underwent a complete transformation, blending heritage charm with modern luxury. Situated near Leeds Bradford Airport, the project included a full internal remodel, a striking side extension, and the conversion of outbuildings into functional lifestyle spaces.

Main House Renovation
The existing roof structure was completely dismantled, upgraded, and insulated before being reinstated with the original slate tiles. Internally, floor levels were altered and layouts reconfigured to align with the client’s vision.

To introduce natural light and drama, two stunning two-storey glazed lanterns were installed to the front and rear of the property, creating open, double-height atrium spaces. The home was replastered throughout and finished with solid wood flooring, decorative tiling, and high-quality painted surfaces, achieving a refined aesthetic.

New Side Extension
A single-storey extension with a pitched roof was added to the side of the property to accommodate a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. This new heart of the home connects seamlessly to the existing house via large openings created in the original side wall.

The extension features zinc-effect standing seam cladding to both walls and roof, paired with expansive aluminium-framed windows and sliding doors for maximum natural light and garden connectivity. Internally, the space was beautifully finished, creating a warm, contemporary environment perfect for family living and entertaining.
